Old Schoolhouse by hjbenson

Old Schoolhouse

I don't think that this old schoolhouse will last another year. Capt. Inman Sealby went to this building. He was the Captain of the RMS Republic when it was hit in 1909 by the SS Florida in a thick fog off of the Nantucket Lightship. He tried to stay on board his sinking ship - all the passengers and crew were all ready transferred to rescue ships - but a wave knocked him into the ocean and he, also, was rescued. It is from him, we get the saying that 'the captain goes down with their ship'

Using the Dutch Angle because of him and also the building is falling down
Is it still in use? It does look in need of extensive repair. Interesting commentary about Capt. Sealby.

Love the angle, especially when you read your script.
