Still editing my daughter's photo - not my photo

The original is on top, the bottom is my edit of the photo my daughter's friend emailed me. She didn't like my first edit, said it made her look too pale. She always looks pale. She is the palest person I know. But, this one, completely done in PicMonkey, is better.
I like the colour tones in your edit. I hope not to cause any offense - I think you have done a really great job. For me personally, however, I am not a fan of a barbie doll look, and skin smoothing. But it depends on the look you are going for, and if you wanted her to have gorgeous porcelain skin you have certainly done well here.

You did a great job of eliminating the shadows on her face.

You did a great job Lisa! I like that you posted the original too. It is like looking for the differences. I actually think she looks less pail in your edit and I think you improved it a lot by taking out the sharp shadows in her face. She is a very pretty girl in both versions!

For me, the top photo looks more natural.

The warmth looks good.

@seacreature I'm not a fan of it either, but it was the only way I could get rid of the shadow and light without washing out the other side of her face. She's so pale naturally, it was a challenge.
