I was fixing dinner and opened the wrong can. Instead of regular corn, I opened the creamed corn that I bought so I could make baked corn. Hate when I do that. I wish my life was more mundane, and less busy, so I wouldn't make these kind of mistakes. Guess I'm fixing baked corn tomorrow.
@mittens Unfortunately, I do it every time I get creamed corn to make the baked corn. I always end up fixing it a few days earlier than I planned! LOL!
