This is not my photo - For RAW Competition 7, I downloaded their photo and edited it extensively, deepening the colors, making it look like the sun is beginning to set. I also cropped it some and removed some machinery and a building that I thought detracted from the beauty of the scene.
@homeschoolmom That is quite surreal, I really like that you removed some of the key ugly ingredients. Much better without them distracting the eye. Very playful result!
We homeschool too! The eldest boy is at University now, but the twins are 14 and loving their individualised learning. One is mad on artistic endeavours of writing, painting, drawing and acting, the other is super keen on animals, biology and photography!
@quixoticneophyte My daughter is taking her college entrance exams in Jan., getting ready for college in the fall. With our crazy lifestyle, I can't imagine trying to work around the public school schedule. Just wouldn't work for us.
