My back window was so dirty, my wiper blade wasn't even touching the window any more. Since it warmed up yesterday, I washed my van, but it just got dirty again because everything is melting. But, I can see out my windshield again and the door handles aren't gritty.
@homeschoolmom Really? I don't bother. But then it's tough when you can't see out the windows and all that;-). I did clean all the windows at the gas station with one of those squeegies once.
@amandal Every time we get somewhere in my husband's truck, we come in covered in salt, because it's impossible to get in and out of it without touching it. I kept spraying water on the back window, but it wasn't helping! LOL! @luvmynynix Yes, it got splashed up around the bottom some while we were out tonight, but at least it's much better then it was.
I love this. It made me smile as I so know the feeling. My car is at the airport back home and I made the decision to have it valeted so for a short time it will look like it's meant to!
I'm smiling because every car in my town is the same colour - dirty snow gray! But it was so mild yesterday, that a lot of us did the same thing you did - now we can see the colour that was under all the salt and grit.

Now I know why the mechanic was so amazed that my husband's 2004 truck had no rust on it when we moved here last summer! LOL!
