I'm a very happy camper today. First, the WVU Mountaineer football game is on TV, so we recorded it and watched it tonight. Second, I realized, it's our anniversary of sorts. Sept. 26, 1987, I met my husband at a Beat Pitt party and we went to the game together. So glad tonight's game against Maryland went a little better than one against Pitt that day. We lost 6-3 that day, and won 45-6 today! Go Mountaineers!
@leananiemand I can't find anything on attendance, but they usually have more than 60,000 at these games, which Mountaineer Field the highest populated spot in the state on game day. The state capital only has 51,000 people.
@lsquared There wasn't much reason to keep watching, since there was no way Maryland was going to overtake them! LOL! @dibzgreasley They announce a color, either blue or gold and put it out on social media. This week it was gold.
