I'm part of a group of ladies at church who take meals to people when they are sick. So, when we got together today, we tasted and judged 8 different olive oils and exchanged some recipes. It was quite shocking the range of flavors for these olive oils. One had no flavor at all, and the one on the far right had a very strong flavor, almost too strong.
