Hurricane Irma's outer edge arrived early yesterday morning as I headed to church. We had blue skies at my house, but I hit the clouds about a mile south. Irma's cloud ring is about 700 miles across, which is why the clouds reached NC before the hurricane hit FL. It's looking like we will barely even get any rain from Irma (that's OK with me), but keep praying for those that she has hit in FL and the Caribbean.
