OJ Collage

So...I'm feeling a bit challenged by color correction. I had this very boring photo of a glass of orange juice. When I tried to 'correct' it so that it looked more like, well, "orange" juice...nothing seemed quite right. Does anybody have some tips on how to tell when you've got the "right" color?

Yep, I'd go with 2 also based not only on the drink but the glass and the table colour too.
