So, it's been over three weeks that my dear husband has cooked dinner (and breakfast and lunch) for me since I messed up my foot. This chicken has been browned and is on the way back into the pot with onions, garlic, and coriander. It was delicious!
No longer middle aged, and no longer taking pictures every day....but cannot quit yet.
