For Those Who've Over Eaten Over the Holiday Season

301 - We've probably all done it - eaten too much, had too little exercise, and now feeling guilty we turn to a new year resolution to help us loose the excess pounds that we have gained.

Well, here is the ideal diet aid - cakes without calories! More of my wife's craft work, and very popular as a play thing yesterday with my granddaughter.
Great idea! and lovely shot.

I have knitted some fruit. Must have a look at that idea for 365. Q. Is knitted fruit an even healthier option than knitted cupcakes? As a newcomer I'm enjoying trawling backwards through your work, Ian. You ARE local I see. Will have another shufty at the Minster ceilings.

@chessington

The big positive with knitted cupcakes is that they have zero calories! - sadly they are a bit tough in texture and lacking in flavour!
