Unfortunately the first and 3rd pupa did not make it. When I took this photo I was excited and thought a butterfly would emerge, but after a few hours I gave up. The middle one, and the one behind are butterflies set free when it was still warm when we were gone by my neighbor. The other 2 are now science projects... I will cut them open with Yelena.
