On Thursday we had an away game and I went as a chaperone. When we arrived there was thunder and a lot of rain, so we were stuck in the buses for an extra hour, but then it cleared up.
It was a good game too. We lost with 21-24, but going with the band it is so much more fun as you can see when they get to play stand tunes and have some rest.
They are only allowed to play after our team scores or when they are playing defense, so when the teams are about the same strengths we have a great balance between playing music and waiting.
