Along the coast

On our way to Khasab, the biggest city on the Musandam peninsula, about 500km from Muscat we flew along the coastline.

To get to the peninsula you have to pass the UAE, when doing it by land you now need several PCR tests, so that is why we decided to fly. By flying we stayed in Oman and no test were needed ;)
However, I think this photo is showing the UAE.
