Horrendous weather, at work during daylight hours and the iphone just doesn't do well in poor lighting. The gales mean it's impossible to use a tripod so resorted to photographing furniture! This is two drawers, the top pulled out slightly to create a shadow. The paint smeared front reminds me of the sea. Roll on longer days!!
well you fooled me... I thought it really WAS a landscape until I read your description. And a really atmospheric one, too! Good luck for some sunshine coming your way soon.
Looks like a sun settting over a very dark land, which of course yours is at the mo, if it's any consolation it's pretty rubbish down here right now too. Roll on spring.
@automaticslim It's a shot of 2 drawers, the top blue section is a drawer that has been pulled out slightly to create a shadow underneath - the dark area in the middle. I'm not the best at explaining but I hope that helps :)

Thank you all, I'm glad you saw the sea too! After I did it all I could see was DRAWER but my husband convinced me
And @jozefibarr mundoamordidas sums it up perfectly for me :
strange and delicate
