found another of the paper negatives from the antique camera, meaning to use it more but haven't had the time. This one is covered with finger prints but I quite like the effect it gives... honestly. I have been very neglectful here .. still really busy - the nights are getting dark so quickly and I have an empty space in me that can only be fulfilled with photography. I'm not getting any satisfaction from using fillers and am missing getting out and taking photos.
the creases and prints make this look like a mysterious antique photograph, the blurring of the dark details in the foreground adds to this effect. This almost looks like 2 photographs, one above the other (the wave could be the horizon of the bottom photo).
This makes me want to go out taking shots with the wide angle lomo camera, to get those blurry edges. a fav.
Wonderful and very atmospheric shot, love how the fingerprints give that feeling of age like a photograph that has been through so many hands and the backdrop to many stories.
