scapa very wet day

I took this today and I'm using it as a filler, yet todays is a filler from last week. bit arse about face but there you go. It was pouring down non-stop today and I love the beach like this as there is never anyone there. Tried some long exposures with slowish film so waiting to see what happens. Added a vintage filter in snapseed

It looks great on black. And I like the way the filter and the colors compliment the transition from sand to water to sky. Feels a bit like a dream.

i love the subtle colours of this shot almost water colour painting look to it, and the shallow focus of this look lovely, making the foreground beach look like a piece of fabric with fold lines like a tabelcloth. a fav.
