a cottage I visited yesterday, despite being told it hadn't been lived in for a few years I still knocked on the door. All the curtains being closed made it a bit creepy. I seem to have spent most of my time off recently doing housework, not happy. However i did wake up just after 5 this morning and decided to get up then, got caught up with the washing, went out for a walk for a few hours, got very wet jeans, going through fields and trying to walk from one beach to another coastally. it can't be done, after scrambling over loads of slippery rock areas I finally came to a small bay that just had water and cliff. damn. I climbed up the side but there was a gap that was just too dangerous to even attempt so had to go back, great fun though and loads of nosey seals. filmfeb seems to have foiled me - here's another iphone, I have a film to develop but I must make up new chems and try try try to get caught up on here....
I love the way you see the world and its visual possibilities. Your morning walk sounds wonderful. So much more adventurous than my suburban paths! I'm curious about the empty cottages -- why did the residents leave? Is it a whole village or a scattering of houses?
