scapa long exposure

went out with my medium format camera the other night, it was quite foggy and I deliberately overexposed to compensate - just as well as I thought I had 160 film in the camera - however after loading it in the tank for developing I realised it was 400. just read an article by a lab on exposing colour film that showed how much leeway there is. that's my husband standing on the end of the thingy that goes into the sea. it's about a 4 second exposure. i'm not going to be posting on here much, as much as I love the site it's too time consuming but I can't give it up either as it's quite unique in the connections I've made . I'm off to Manchester next weekend to do a course on wetplate - really excited about that.

Hey Ingrid =D Wet plate sounds brilliant for you. I know you'll love it. Did a wet plate weekend ( couple of years ago now) in Glasgow. It is a gorgeous medium. Takes your breath away - so lovely. I suspect I will have missed you before your trip but wanted to wish you all the best. I expect I get the prize for the worst 365er ever. Life just swallowed me up. I am seriously thinking to give it another go. So glad you're still here even if its less. Have created a flicker - yay - so will follow you there. Will enjoy catching up properly with your 365 photos first though =) Love x
