@whimsicalgrateful@flygirl@nicoleterheide@samzee@vstap@sugarlenks@lisamccloskey@northy@tigerdreamer@hayleymolloycook this is my nephew who I helped watch for the first 5 years of his life. Grace was pregnant when they started dating, it has been up and down but all in all they have handled some difficult situations with amazing strength. they have had some good guidance along the way as well. I feel as though they are a good match for now, who knows what the future brings but this photo shows what a good place they have achieved at this time. they are still so young so it was really good to see them having so much fun with this shoot! as much as I loved photographing the babies that day (I did two back to back) these shots made me so happy. after all, he really is still that baby in my eyes. I do love this type of shot as opposed to really formal portraiture with couples. that has it's place I know, but I fancy myself as more of a chronicler of events so this is what I like taking. Thanks for the comments and just stopping by to view. Happy Mother's Day to all I didn't get to say it to and Adrian thanks for the well wishes, I hope your wife had a special day today too!
Cute capture. These sort of pictures reveal the REAL personalities and are honestly the funnest to look at from a day's shoot. I took dozen of photos of my sister-in-law and her three daughters a couple weekends back; the ones of them goofing off while trying to pose for the serious shots ended up being everybody's favorites. Ha!
Happy Mother's Day Jackie.
