Ordination by jackies365

Ordination

a first for me as a photographer. I took the official photos at the ordination of our new pastor today. Blessings on him and his family and our church as we start this new chapter!

How exciting, Jackie, and it's a wonderful capture! I know how hard it can be to get good shots with the lighting in a church.

@kimdavis @samzee @777margo @melston @vstap @hjv @bkbinthecity thank you everyone. I think the best part of the day was how happy the family was that he was ordained! His grandfather is a pastor and did the sermon : ) his other grandparents came to Michigan from California.

@prttblues I take a lot of photos at church Bev. this time I asked if anyone was doing it and no one was. the older pastor thanked me for making him look good in front of the senior pastor in attendance. so funny that he would worry. he is a very competent man and great pastor.

I like the angle of which you took the shot. Quite the beautiful church to go to as well.
