Last saturday I made this soup for 30+ people. I served it in this cauldron above a woodstoked fire.
Per 5 people you need:
3 red peppers (paprika's), 1 good sized onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 liter chickenstock, 1 tablespoon hot paprika powder and a package of creamcheese with chives.
Sautee the onion,garlic and peppers and put them through a blender. Put the chickenstock in the pan with the veggies then add the creamcheese and stir very well.
Within 15 minutes this cauldron was empty!!!
This looks good, as do your photos! (I think the key to good portrait08 shots, apart from asking of course, is having your camera set up ready and getting the best background you can, not always easy out and about - all the best when you start!)
