getting late in the night and I realized I had spent the majority of the day grading papers and watching Peter Hurley's course on Headshot photography. No photo of the day yet.
Still having issues with the new Hipstamatic app I sat on the couch in the darkened living room and fired some random shots to see how many frames I could get before the app crashed (never more than 3). One of the shot processed in an interesting way. It has some strange familiarity to it.
Finally it came to me. Joseph Niepce's first photograph had a bit of the same feel.
