Someone mentioned Rhubarb Gin. On internet, looked up recepe, and away we went.2 weeks to go. Can't wait to try it.
400g rhubarb
250g caster sugar
1/2 lemon
1 Ltr. jar - give it a good shake to cover rhubarb with sugar.
Leave in cool place 24hrs
Top up with Gin leave in cool place, for 2 weeks, shaking every 2days.
