Hi Joe, I just spent the whole day yesterday trying to good apps that blur photos! I found so many, especially some for windows which come with a price! Could you please tell me apart from snapseed what you use? I promise not to try and be a copycat which is imposissible anyway. I would be forever greatful :-)
