This is the latest cover-it-up by the city. This is a walkway under the interstate that I walk through now and then which is a battle ground of sorts. The city has created art in spite of its best intentions to remove the graffiti art. I feel that they created a Mondrian quality.
@dustyloup Trying to stay ahead of street art is near impossible. This under pass is isolated so I think that a city official must live near by so it gets 'fixed' on a regular basis.
