'Well Kids...they call this art'

Over-edited in PicMonkey but it's got such lovely effects I couldn't help myself. Other captions welcome! My alternative title was, 'No girls it's not true that childbirth is painful'.
There are still some eggs left?! Impressive!! Glad to see you're having luck with PicMonkey :) This is so cute and fun and am loving the edit!

@espyetta I used a bit of blue cross process and some 'dusk' - I should have faded that out a bit so I didn't lose quite as much of the chicks I think!

Well when our chooks lay egged it sounds painful. The dog sings with them to ease them through their suffering. I discovered this full moon is traditionally called the egg moon. I guess because in northern memo sphere birds probably start to breed and lay eggs. Here it is autumn. It is all about chocolate and hoping chooks don't go off the lay.

@peterdegraaff Yes my chooks are pretty vocal too! I hadn't thought about it but Easter (or its pagan predecessors) really should be in September/October time for you folks...hope you can console yourselves with the chocolate.
