Monty has been uncharacteristically quiet and undemanding this last few days. I think it's the heat and it's just as well as we've been busy. Still - only half a tonne of pebbles to move and the 'pond area' is done. I felt bad this afternoon and took him out to the fields for a good run - which he had courtesy of an obliging collie who chased him. There were loads of different thistles and things scattering seeds to the wind - some enormous but this one was very tiny and soft and pretty.
@judithg Hope they aren't blowing in your garden!! I won't get chance to say have a lovely birthday party at the weekend so will say it now, hope you have fun & Rachel has a day to remember forever!
Hope we get a view of that renovated pond when the project is complete...
