The last thing I expected to return from London with was a set of Morris Dancer shots but here they are with St Paul's Cathedral across the river behind them. The other troupe were rather more colourful and I probably took better photos of them but but I wanted the London context without the audience dominating too much so this is it! Keeps you fit all that skippetying.
Three GT:
1. Home in time for excellent Thai food at next door's party.
2. The storm seems to have been and gone in half an hour here (possibly famous last words)
3. Texts from Rachel en route to Vanice.
You were loyal to London then Judith but actually the colours here are lovely with the rather dull day we had...my lighting is very off on some of my shots specially the water ones! This has a rather Dutch feel to me for an odd reason!
Wow very energetic and that man at the front looks like he can dislocate his knee!! Lovely for you all to have a meet up (you are rather good at the social side of 365!). I was based within a stones throw of St Paul's when I was nursing at Barts. Brings back lovely memories.
Am wondering too why men are wearing those um -- er -- rosette pasty things on their fronts. And backs?!?! Must have been fun to watch - they look enthusiastic!
They do look fit and festive. Would love to have seen a shot of the happy 365ers photo bombing this group and joining in on the skippety moves. What fun you all must have had with your together in London!!!
Great shot of them being skippety (my new word of the week, going to see how many times I can use it in everyday speech.)
