I set aside part of this morning to hit the shops. It's not something I normally relish but the sun was out (a bit too low for comfort in fact), the shops were quiet and there was a really good sale on in Fat Face so all in all I was a happy bunny. Just as well as I went up and down the escalators in John Lewis carrying a big, heavy iron enough times to make the CCTV control people think I was losing my marbles. This is the side wall of Trinity Chapel - generally in the shade both literally and metaphorically but when the light is low in the morning it shines right through both sets of windows.
You may have noticed that I'm running behind - just too much to get done ATM but I hope to catch up with you all pronto.
Three GT:
1. Some inroads made into (yes) Christmas shopping.
2. Some much needed bargains so I won't look so shabby.
3. I had some photos in the bag from shopping because when I went on the dog walk/official photo op time I had left my memory card in the computer - and there were some fun ops I missed as a result :0(
Virginia creeper (is it ?) looking amazing. Greens, reds, purples and pinks, such a beautiful plant. Love the contrast between this and the stained glass. Bummer about the SD card, I tend to leave my battery in the charger!
You really need to keep a spare card in your camera bag. ;)
