First of all can I say a huge thanks for all the lovely comments and favs on my recent shots. I don't tend to do many replies due to time constraints but I do really appreciate them all.
The temperature has really dropped here and our poor hen, Betty, is midway through a huge moult and is half bald. I may have to take up @jantan's suggestion and knit her a jumper but apparently they are tricky to size. Perhaps a cardigan would be easier... I had to get moving this morning because a man was coming to replace our water softener. We bought the old one when we were doing an extension and it was the cheapest one I could find - the new one is very smart but not something it's easy to feel excited about! After he left Monty and I caught up with Rebecca and Gloria. She is branching out with a 'cartoon blog' for adults - stand by if you've got first world problems - she's going to take the mickey out of you!! I will post a link when it's up and running. In other exciting news I have done some wrapping - with a little help from Rafiki - who wants smooth paper anyway?
Four GT:
1. I keep looking at the tree and remembering that it isn't dying and doesn't need watering.
2. A busy day tomorrow - I won't be wandering around the house talking to the dog.
3. I'm going to see a nativity play tomorrow - a perk of being a governor :0)
4. I have a nice moon shot thanks to Sarah who has a dark garden and Dan who is doing GCSE Astronomy and needs moon shots - I was going to post it but will save it for a little Christmas magic.
Cats can be so annoying. Tali broke into TWO cat food pouches today, she gets them out the cupboard!! I've moved them to the top shelf. Love this helpful cat shot, Rafiki is very striking!
Such a great little helper.....she could hold the sellotape! Lucky you , all those sweet little faces with angel halos & a dolly baby Jesus...you won't be allowed your camera in there unfortunately!!!
Great four good things particularly the first!! I must say it is easier & we all want easy now.
It's so nice from Rafiki to help you :-) And adding some cat hair to the present is a great idea, always appreciated :-))) She's a beauty, and very lean compared to my Jasmine :-0
