If yesterday was full of photographic choices today was the opposite. I took my camera with me 'round the block' because when I don't have it I come across jays and all sorts. Needless to say I didn't today but luckily I like a nice toadstool.
Got my car back from the garage today - another £250 repairing something that doesn't actually stop the car working - a temperature sensor for the exhaust. I've never had such an unreliable car - no more VW for me!
Thesse look like some I shot in our back garden http://365project.org/quietpurplehaze/365/2014-10-19 so I wonder if you know what they are called? Your shot, with the lovely colour contrast, is nicer than mine I think. I love your title!
@mrsbluesky don't ask me - we've had a catalytic converter fault light on and a exhaust temperature fault light on - neither of which are faulty. Before that we had a cracked light casing which didn't matter except that it made the 'light not working' fault come on so we had to keep stopping to check the lights worked. Feeling nostalgic for the days that the. At either worked or it was broken. That's a discounted price as well!
Must be a Friday car......most unusual for VW to be unreliable like that....Cathy has just got a Golf & Harry swears by VW....you probably swear by them too!!! Lovely inky looking mushrooms...there are loads of evil looking fungi around this year aren't there....make great pictures!
i sympathise with you re your car. I had a flashy peugeot 407 a few years ago, it was fabulous until the sensors started failing. £100+ for a new tyre air pressure gauge (no thanks fit a normal one). I now drive a bog standard little 207 peugoet diesel . As for the picture judith, you have to love these little mushrooms. great title to your shot too
