Hunter gathering

I loved the little family on the right. Four boys of perfect little boy age - all switching between French and English mid-sentence. They were out blackberrying but they aren't really ready yet. The river was full of different sized fish - I don't think the canoeists were actually hunting them - but you can't let facts get in the way of a good title.
Lovely scene and fun processing here too

Ah, blackberries one of about the only free things left to pick, but so delicious in a pie! This looks in the middle of a field in the country yet lots to see with the nice little family & the rowers.!

@happypat I know - I'm itching to make bramble jelly - I'm aiming for a double batch this year and I've got a lovely metal funnel/sieve from Lakeland....

Great title, and a very nice shot of people enjoying themselves in the water-meadows.

Lovely shot and title. Brings back happy memories of when I used to go blackberrying with my children. Really nice reminder

I'm impressed with their multi lingual conversation and ideas of going blackberrying, nothing like my mum's blackberry and apple pie and custard!
