I've really been getting discouraged because everyone seems to be able to take fabulous pictures, and mine don't ever seem to measure up. I went out and took some shots at night, and I was pleased with this one. I just hope that someday I'll be able to learn how to take breathtaking shots. Anyway, thanks for looking.
You're learning something new every day, I'm sure! That's how I feel quite often, anyway. Just by browsing through other photographers' photos, you'll get inspired and intrigued - how do I get that shot? And that sends you off learning! :) This is a fun shot, a floating saloon sign. :) Keep that camera shutter busy, that's the way to learn! :)
this is good! you know what i do when i see a shot i really like that someone else has done? i read their exit info and write it down. then i know how to set my camera settings if i am in a similar situation. i started with a p&s, moved up to a bridge, used it on manual and just got a dslr last month.
