My phone company asked me to try their internet service for a 30-day free trial period. I could cancel anytime in those 30 days with no fee. So I did cancel, and this is the bill I received!! I called and complained and after putting me on hold for about 3 minutes to talk to his manager, he lowered my bill to $25. I was very surprised and happy!
