I drove 2 1/2 hours to take my daughter to her first college visit. I was scared to go by myself, but we didn't have any trouble because I used a GPS.
We had a fun day. We took a tour of the campus which was 1 1/2 hours of walking. Also ate lunch there and saw a few musical performances and received some advice from some students.
She is a junior this year, but already very excited about picking a college. She is going to major is music therapy.
My daughter is actually right beside the pole. My son is the last one. Yes I dragged my 9 year old along. He was very good. He did get a little tired of the walking though. But it was good exercise for him.
