This is my second book for 2015. It is really excellent. I am taking notes on it, and I go over a lesson with my son each morning at breakfast. I am helping him learn problem solving, calming down, managing emotions, and positive self-talk so he can deal with the frustrations during his school day. Last year I read "Learning to Share, Learning to Care." What a great series. I think there also are other books, one of them might be on anxiety.
