Oh, wow! I used to hunt them when I was a kid. But I didn't like to eat mushrooms so I didn't know how delicious they were until I was an adult. Week after next I'm going up to SweetWood in Wisconsin and I hope it will be the right time to find some. Your picture's making me salivate.

@milaniet Having hunted them in childhood, I'm certain of what they are. However, that didn't stop me from double-checking morel characteristics online. You can never be too safe with mushrooms! They have a very unique flavor, dredged in flour and fried to a crisp in butter - YUM!
