The Ann & Steve Loveless piece, "Northwood Awakening", which won the ArtPrize 2015 Grand Prize ($200,000). Displayed at the Oliver Art Center in Frankfort, Michigan. The piece begins as a photograph on the left and gradually morphs into a "quilt" on the right. Quite amazing, and my mom is trying to explain it all to my dad, who really can't believe his eyes! Ha ha ha! The artists are a husband/wife team who reside in Beulah, Michigan.
