Its Latin name is Xanthoria parietina. The saucer shaped areas are apothecia which I believe are the areas where spores are produced. Lichen are intriguing organisms that are made up of both fungus and algae in a strange sort of partnership. They are supposed to be a good indicator of clean air as they don't tolerate pollution very well.
