Single motherhood

This is Wynn who lives on the Bishop's Palace moat in Wells. In April her life partner Brynn sadly died leaving Wynn alone sitting on her clutch of eggs. On 9th May these delightful cygnets began to emerge! Wynn is lucky to have a large fan club and several devoted carers at the Palace so she should have lots of people making sure she and her new family are OK. It's lovely that an otherwise very lonely time for her is filled with the delights of motherhood :)
