This stretch of path in our local woods always looks a bit as if the trees are leaning in to grab an unsuspecting traveler! It felt eve more eerie as it was strangely silent .... the birds have stopped singing at the moment and in the misty drizzle even the insects have stopped humming.
Our birds are not out as much now either...interesting.
