While wandering around the newly calved cow's we had a few lively calves escape under the electric fence so before they got too far away the girls went to get them back .... No problems for these two they were all returned back with their Mum very quickly .. This is a little freisian/jersey cross .. It is a Heifer's ( first calver) calf... This is for ease of calving, so easier on the Young Mothers...
Your two farming girls, great help at busy times! You do calve earlier that Brian & William...they are only just getting to think about it in the next week or two! Looks plenty of lovely grass!
