I was trying out multiple exposures for the new artist challenge and this became so weird!!! very apt for the quote i got for the album cover challenge :)
artist =Kjersti Plätzer ( norwegian walker)
album = the weird turn pro
@kali66 Unexpected? Perhaps I see it differently than you. My eye first went first to large single eye, then dropped to the lowest pair of eyes. The power of his gaze rendered the single eye, which could have been a huge distraction, all but invisible. Like Hunter S. Thompson, you broke the rules and made it work great.
can i ask you a question about 5+2? how do you decide on your weekly themes? is there some underlying thematic aspect other than that it involves a selfie? i am trying to revitalize the hatters... i think the hatters just don't have the time for the complex storytelling we'd been doing, however i feel we still need themes to keep going... but i don't want to step into 5+2 territory and am trying to figure out a way to make the hatter themes simple - but different... i have a bunch of ideas (assuming the other hatters are ok with them) - but will avoid any that seem to be too close to the 5+2 concept...
@northy when we run out of themes we just have a brainstorming session and randomise them, so the themes were all put forward by the members for selfies. I like the kind of literary story telling bent of the hatters, it is rather sophisticated :) I think there is a lot of scope for different types of themes going in that direction but i understand that it takes a certain kind of dedication to do it week in and week out.
