Went on a morning walk and was taking a picture of a corn field. Suddenly I noticed a tiny patch of purple far in the distance. A few minutes later, I discovered this glorious patch of what I thought was Purple Phlox, but have been informed is Sweet Rocket (also Dame's Rocket or Dame's Violet among other names).
This is very lovely, I know plox only from the garden. As always the spring in your part is already going strong, we have wet and cold again. I was just thinking that while you were here last year we had some lovely warm sunny days
