Thought I was lucky to get some country close-ups of a lone Dickcissel, when suddenly another one popped in. So, here's my very first Dickcissel Duet, Duo, or Duel - whichever fits best. :)

Wow - awesome - I had not hear of dickcissels - are they members of the finch family? Love the title and the pic is great! fav

Thanks so much for the fav, Jan. All I know about the Dickcissels is that they are the only member of the genus, Spiza, which is related to the Cardinal.
