This is the backside of a Gray Hairstreak, a GORGEOUS butterfly that I've never seen before now. I was sitting on the back deck with my mother-in-law, enjoying her beautiful roses, when this breathtaking butterfly caught my attention. I debated whether or not to post a photo of him in all his glory, but this pov really grabbed me most. Enlarge for butt-er, I mean better appreciation. :)
