My Ever-Youthful Mother

Guess how old she is? In two days she'll be 79. I took this photo two days ago after a Mother's Day tea. Not so long ago, she came to my workplace (a nursing home) to visit. I was in the middle of doing manicures with a group of elderly ladies. Suddenly, my mom appears in the doorway and one of the ladies asks me, "Is that your daughter?" Here's to the ever-youthful and beautiful mother who has given me the gift of an appreciation for all things beautiful.
