This is our new dog. She was abandoned and left in the cold rain. We rescued her and her new name is Star. She is approximately 11 years old. She has cataracts, one ear is longer than the other. Star has won the heart of our family. She is very difficult to photograph because although she moves slow she rarely stops.

What the hell is wrong with people? How could someone abandon an animal, especially one that's up in age with health problems?

@pasadenarose I will never understand why anyone could abandon any animal. Star is so sweet she follows me everywhere and when I sit she sits at my feet. She is a gift to me.
