This is one of my ewe mothers who has separated from the other flock. She chose to sit by the shed. This is one of the signs they are about to give birth. She seems so peaceful, so we still wait.

This is really for me so that I do not constantly search the field. When they separate they go as far away from other as they can. After they give birth in the barn lot I bring ewe and lamb into a jug in the barn so they can bond. This is when I record, tag and make sure the mother has enough milk for her lambs.
